APPOINTMENTS AND PRE-CONTRACT WEDDING TRIALS are self-serve and can be booked any time by clicking this link! Photo sessions take place at a studio in the South Hills. IF YOU REQUIRE ON-LOCATION WORK, please submit an inquiry for on-location work through the CONTACT form. You can still self book, however I like to confirm the travel radius and appropriate timing.

WEDDINGS typically book 10-14 months in advance! If you are interested in moving forward after reviewing the SERVICES package and pricing information tab, please submit an inquiry through the CONTACT form or email antonettemedvedmua@gmail.com with your date, confirmed service count, location of services, and time of service completion to secure your date! We would be honored to help you feel like the best version of yourself on your special day!

Can I book a wedding makeup preview PRIOR to securing my wedding date?

YES! This is a RARE for wedding artists! I offer “try before you book” wedding makeup previews (often referred to as trials) where wedding date availability permits. This is an opportunity for us to meet, consider your wants and needs, and execute a version of your wedding day look. The only cost is your appointment, and if you sign your contract within 24 hours of your preview, no retainer fee is required. If you wait until after your appointment to decide, there is risk of losing your date, and a new retainer fee will be owed at time of booking.

If you trust my 100s of photos of work on Instagram, TikTok, my website, Google reviews, The Knot, Wedding Wire (the list goes on) and decide to skip a preview before booking, we will schedule your preview within the calendar year, typically 2-3 months in advance, of your wedding date in order to align with the broader event style and current trends. This appointment is also used to discuss and establish your wedding day timeline. You may book preview appointments any time to check out a look on yourself, however wedding dates are only held with a contract and retainer fee.

Save LOTS of photos - not only of makeup looks that you love, but please also prepare photos of the overall style you are trying to achieve, in addition to how you normally wear your makeup. We will use these photos to hone in on your ideal look! Other than that, a little exfoliation and moisturizer prior to your appointment will go a LONG way! I will provide your touch up powder and lip product.

MAKEUP AND PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY APPOINTMENTS will receive appointment reminders as the date approaches with directions and appointment prep instructions. All photo sessions are hosted at private studios in the South Hills area, unless otherwise agreed upon.

WEDDINGS: An initial call can be scheduled to discuss your vision and walk through the onboarding process. Your wedding makeup preview can be scheduled 2-3 months in advance of your wedding date. If you are living out of the Pittsburgh area, we can schedule around your planned trips to town if necessary.

I take the morning timeline planning off your hands — if you have a coordinator you would like me to connect with, please provide their contact information.

On the wedding day, expect your artist(s) to arrive early, and prepare your first-in-line party members to be ready to begin on time! We provide our own seating for clients, lighting, and all products necessary to complete your desired looks! We bring the studio to YOU! Our process design ensures your party will be ready in a 4 hour timeframe - whether you have 4, 8, or up to 15 people.

Please provide a cleared table and ample space for the artist kits and chairs: Pro-tip, if you are getting ready at a hotel, request a conference or dining room for hair and makeup. This will allow plenty of room for your hair team as well, without jamming too many people in a hotel people!

Pricing packages based on number of artists required to complete your party within a 4 hour timeframe. These are flat rates and are NOT prorated by service count. I NEED NEW PHOTOS! What is included in a portrait photography with makeup session?

New job? Profile photo more than 5 years old? It’s time to update! Take the guess work out of how your makeup will look — and have your photos taken in the same appointment.

Check out photo session options, for every budget and need! These photos are best for LinkedIn profiles, websites, promotional materials — any reason you require new headshots or branding photography. Note that some packages include makeup, ensure you select WITH or WITHOUT when booking! Two weeks from your photo session, you will receive edited photos in an online gallery to be used for any of your needs.

Occasional discount session dates are announced and scheduled at photo studios in the Pittsburgh area. If you require an on-location makeup and photo session (maybe you want to take photos at your place of business), please contact for scheduling.

All genders, skin tones, and ages are welcome here! Please note, makeup services are reserved for consenting individuals ages 16+. Children under the age 16 will receive complimentary lip gloss and blush/cheek glow, if they choose.
