A makeup course that zooms you in to a look that will last, and display expert techniques that are fail-safe, in a way that is approachable. Unlike any makeup course you have seen advertised, we will review a signature look that has been formulated through professional training, working with clients, photographers, studying trends that will elevate your daily routine.
What is a MAKEUP LECTURE?
Designed with the at-home makeup lover, as well as the intermediate artist in mind, this course demonstrates a signature makeup look, up close and personal, by an expert artist with over 300 brides and numerous special event and photo clients’ experience.
Let’s face the facts — there is no formal beauty education around makeup in the Pittsburgh area. Cosmetology school is hyper focused on hair and skincare, and leaving students with much to be desired around makeup application techniques and product knowledge. I recognize the gap in intermediate to advanced makeup artistry education and am acting to improve it!
Because it doesn’t exist — I am bringing it to you. My combined experiences lend to creating this unique course that will leave you with a new buzz around makeup.
I attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania for my undergrad in education, and combined with 8 years experience owning and operating Antonette Medved Makeup Co, I have curated a detailed, foundational-to-advanced course for anyone looking to take their techniques to the next level. Somewhere between a lecture and a seminar, learn techniques that will elevate your existing skills!
BEST SUITED FOR: Individuals with a base knowledge/familiarity with makeup products and tools, beginner, intermediate, or advanced artists looking for alternative techniques and products. It never hurts to see how someone else produces a makeup — you might take away something you have not seen before!
